Join Brady Gallagher & Kai Salang July 4-11, 2026 for an all inclusive yoga and meditation retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica. Blue Spirit is located in one of the world’s blue zones. Perched on a hilltop that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and a three mile long white sand beach that is protected as a turtle refuge. This week long reset will be filled with daily yoga and meditation, along with the option to add on spa services and excursions like surf lessons, horseback riding, stand up paddleboarding and more!

PACÍFICO COTTAGE W/AC
Tucked away amidst the tropical gardens, the cottages are close enough to the beach that the sound of the ocean rocks you to sleep. They feature a private porch, a queen-sized bed, an outdoor shower, and air conditioning.
From the main building the cottages are a short walk down a hilly path of stairs.

NATURE SUITES W/AC
A cozy option situated on a hillside overlooking lush vegetation. Featuring a private bathroom and an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle, each suite sleeps two people, has a separate enclosed porch with a desk, and solar hot water as well as A/C. The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building.

HERMITAGE QUEEN ROOM W/AC
This room option has a queen-sized bed only, specifically designed for singles, providing privacy and elegance, while being budget-friendly. The rooms feature a little desk, full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, A/C, and overhead fan. Located in the main building, reachable by stairs.

HERMITAGE TWIN ROOM W/AC
This room has two twin beds only, specifically designed for friends who travel together, providing elegance, while being budget friendly. The rooms feature a little desk, full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, A/C, and overhead fan

Double occupancy $2,335 per person
$500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Once your deposit is received, we will contact you for room preference. Remaining balances will be due 30 days before retreat start. This retreat is All-Inclusive once you arrive on site at Blue Spirit; including accommodations, all meals and daily yoga and meditation. Travel to and from Blue Spirit is not included but shuttles will be arranged for you from the airport to the resort.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Serving others through teaching yoga is a passion of mine. It is fulfilling on many levels to help others connect with the calm, authentic, peaceful outlet that lies within each of us. I am so grateful for my incredible partner and two children, but being a mother is simultaneously the most rewarding and most challenging thing in life; with that being said, I often need my own practice of yoga, meditation, and self care. To be connected to my own practice of yoga and to teach yoga, go hand in hand. Life is a beautiful whirlwind of change and challenge, and to practice yoga and meditation is to walk through life with a clearer mindset, present moment awareness and a grateful heart. I hope to share space with you on the mat!
