April 25th 2-5pm - Incorporating Sound in Group, Private & Self Care Sessions

Hours can be used for individual learning, towards a 300 hour certificate through Hot Asana Yoga University or towards continuing education requirements.

For me, what started as a physical practice has evolved into a moving meditation where I find gratitude for what I have, kindness for what is inaccessible, and joy of discovery for that which I never thought I would achieve. My invitation is that no matter your background or current situation, you can come to yoga, putting preconceived ideas aside, and see what you can discover about yourself and the world around you.
