Hot Vinyasa Flow (60, 75 and 90 min)
The studio will be heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. These classes keep you moving! You'll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations, Vinyasa flows and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building strength and endurance as you employ balance and flexibility. The instructor is skilled in delivering this type of experience to a multi-level group of students - no previous experience is required. ALL LEVELS
Hot Yoga (60, 75 or 90 min)
This class is recommended for all levels to learn and refine yoga postures in the longer holds provided. Poses are still linked together through creative transitions but this class does not include the down dogs, planks, side planks or chataurangas that are seen in our flow classes. This practice can be a great counterbalance to taking vinyasa flow classes, as well as a great option for those who may prefer to avoid wrist, elbow or shoulder weight bearing but still desire a hot & sweaty workout. Our studio is heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor is skilled in delivering this type of experience to a multi-level group of students - no previous experience is required. ALL LEVELS
Warm Vinyasa Flow (60 or 75 min)
The studio will be heated, but kept below body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. These classes incorporate sequences of traditional Sun Salutations, Vinyasa flows and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building strength and endurance as you employ balance and flexibility, but at a bit of a slower pace than our hot vinyasa flow classes. The instructor is skilled in delivering this type of experience to a multi-level group of students - no previous experience is required - and this is a great stepping stone as you acclimate to yoga and to the heated environment. ALL LEVELS

You'll flow through sequences with verbal instruction and then be given space to flow on your own a few times. Flow to Yin
This class begins with dynamic vinyasa flow and then finishes with blissful yin yoga for AMAZING results! Yin yoga is a slow-paced meditative style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time ranging from 2-5 minutes. Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into the connective tissue by applying moderate stress to the tendons, fascia, and ligaments. Vinyasa flow yoga is considered Yang yoga and focuses more on Sun Salutations and dynamic strengthening poses or sequences to work on the yang tissues-the muscles, blood, and skin. When combined you will leave feeling truly balanced with an energizing and uplifting first half of class (Yang) followed by a quiet and deeply introspective second half of class (Yin). All levels welcome. *Warm room but below body temperature. ALL LEVELS
