Tasha was first introduced to Yoga upon moving to Baltimore in 2007. She was drawn to the athletic and power cultivated in signature Hot Vinyasa classes. As an active duty member of the Army for over 16 years it was through her travels abroad she has practiced various styles to include Ashtanga, Prana, Iyengar, and Bikram in the US, Europe and Latin America. All of these styles have helped shape her personal practice. Tasha has shared her love of yoga in practice with students at the University of Maryland, Eastern Wellness Yoga Studio, MD & Arizona. While power vinyasa is still the essence of the practice she offers, Tasha enjoys mixing Ashtanga and Dharma inspired flow into her classes. She has recently completed the 200hr RTT at District Yoga in DC in January 2015. Tasha hopes to continue to broaden her practice and bring more military personnel the gift of moving meditation.
