Yoga has played a consistent role in Sarah's life for the past ten years. After a few years of practicing, she realized yoga had helped slow down her mind so that she could focus on what she was doing, especially in her school studies. The practice became a strong complement to her spiritual life in a way that brought physicality to her spiritual growth.
She has had the opportunity to teach yoga in several unique settings, including the university campus she attended and a drug and alcohol treatment facility. This practice changes lives, builds community, and facilitates the type of growth our planet desperately needs. She teaches with an underlying message of connectivity. As we come to recognize our lives are not composed of little, unrelated moments but rather a tapestry of connection, we can step in the direction of taking radical accountability and empowering ourselves to live the lives we want.
