SARAH CORAM

Sarah Coram

E-RYT 200, RYT 500

Sarah began her yoga journey in 2006, as a method of relaxation for body and mind. Her practice evolved from following DVD's at home, then to taking her first yoga classes when she was living in Portugal. In 2012 she began practicing Hot Power Vinyasa, and experienced a deep and profound connection between the strength that developed in her body, and the strength and empowerment she began to feel in mind. In 2013, Sarah received her 200 Hour Teacher Training through CorePower Yoga, and shortly after, completed CPY Level 2 and Yoga Sculpt. She participated in Baron Baptiste's Art of Assist in 2014, and has studied under Rachel Brathen and Patrick Beach via weekend workshops and yoga retreats. In April 2016, Sarah completed her 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in a 40 day intensive with Meghan Currie. She is also an experienced Retreat leader and loves to travel as much as she loves to practice yoga! In Sarah's class you can expect intuitive guidance and intelligent sequencing to enable you to feel fluid and spacious in your body. She believes the more we can become connected and conscious of our breath and body movements, the greater the capacity for experiencing transformation in your physical and mental practice.
