In Sarah's class, you can expect intuitive guidance and intelligent sequencing to enable you to feel fluid and spacious in your body. Sarah believes the more we become connected and conscious of our breath and body movements, the greater the capacity for experiencing transformation in our physical, mental, and life practice.

Sarah began her yoga journey in 2006 primarily as a means to cope with insomnia and anxiety. She began practicing yoga by following along to DVD's at home and took her first in person yoga class while living in Portugal! In 2013, Sarah completed 200 Hour Teacher Training, and shortly after, completed several intelligent and advanced sequencing workshops. She has since studied under various well known instructors via weekend workshops and yoga retreats.

In April 2016, Sarah completed 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training while studying under Meghan Currie - who has been one of the biggest influences to her yoga practice and teaching. One of Sarah's greatest passions is creating safe and transformative spaces for others. She has experience in leading yoga retreats and hosting workshops that support building a community of deep trust, support, and lifetime friendships.

"What is a teacher? I'll tell you: it isn't someone who teaches something, but someone who inspires the student to give of her best in order to discover what she already knows." - Paulo Coehlo, The Witch of Portobello
