I started practicing yoga at Hot Asana in 2014 and yoga has become an increasingly important part of my life ever since. I was initially drawn in by the physical aspect but quickly began to see the mental benefits of practicing as well. Yoga helped me get more in tune with my body and continues to help maintain balance in all aspects of my life. I’m so excited to share this space with people looking for some of the same things yoga has brought to me. I feel incredibly grateful to be a part of this community and to continue learning from you all.
