Hi, my name is Lindsay Holmes and I am an instructor at Hot Asana Yoga Studio. I started avidly practicing yoga in 2012, and fell in love. In 2013, I became an instructor and have been teaching ever since. Power flows and Tone & Flow had always been my favorite classes because, like me, they are full of energy! Nowadays, Slow Power Flows and Balance & Strength are my favorites. In my experience, a slower class offers more opportunities to make a yoga practice both challenging and accessible to anyone. I believe exercise should be fun, productive, and safe, and a killer playlist is a must! In my personal life, I am the mother of a wonderful teenage girl, a sweet, old Wheaton terrier, and a sassy kitty man. I love to walk with my dog, shop with my girls, play golf with my man, and cook/eat anything and everything! If you are busy like me, and need an outlet for your brain and body to both expend energy and learn to relax, I hope you’ll try one of my classes.
