8 years ago, the expectations of high performance that comes in a competitive corporate career is what originally led me to yoga. I enjoyed having a place to shut off my mind and the pressure, but yoga became more in time. It became a place where I could be myself and see myself. It became a place I could choose to relax in or push my limits. It became a sweat and soul bath. But most of all, it became a consistent place that I could turn to let go of expectations, the outside worlds and my own. I’ve never found more space for myself than on a 24”x 68” mat.

I received my 200hr training at Hot Asana and am currently working towards my 300 hr. I teach multi-level heated Vinyasa as well Yin classes. My goal as a teacher is to guide others to discover the resiliency that resides within each of us.
