“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.” -Marianne Williamson. I first started yoga for the exercise. I thought it would be a great way to keep in shape and as it was... I started to notice an extreme change in my body. However, as I continued with my practiced I felt an integrated connection including; mind, body, and soul. It’s something I had never experienced before. Yoga was something that liberated me in all aspects of my life. I felt as though I was walking through life more confidently, and starting to mold myself into the person I truly wanted to be. I’m so grateful I found yoga at such a young age. I started when I was 18. I have found myself wanting to share this feeling I have with other people. It is too powerful of a gift not to share, therefore I began my 200hr. yoga teacher training with Grace Morales in January 2011. I believe anyone can do yoga, and I would be honored to share a practice with you. Namaste.
