Erica Harrison
RYT 200
Yoga has been a continuous anchor and healer throughout Erica's life, and the desire to share this gift fuels her passion for teaching.
Erica believes that yoga plays a primary role in health and well-being, and thus she strives to teach classes that make students feel better, in addition to improving other elements of their yoga practice.
When attending Erica’s classes, students can expect an intentional yet creative flow, with emphasis on pacing, breath, and somatic cues. Her instruction is heavily focused on a blend of anatomical and somatic alignment, an emphasis which is informed by her educational background in anatomy and physiology, ongoing study of yoga and health, and over 25 years of yoga practice.
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” – The Bhagavad Gita
