My journey as a yoga student began when I was competing in Track & Field at a high level. During this time, when I was physically and mentally stressing myself to the max, I fell in love with yoga as an alternative way to put my body to work while allowing my mind to rest.

Inspired to share the benefits I experienced with others, I completed my yoga teacher training in 2016. Since then, I have taught classes in numerous studios, gyms, and living rooms across the US.

My singular goal is to help everyone realize the regenerative, transformational impact of getting on your mat consistently. Whether you run, lift, golf, dance or are just becoming interested in movement for the first time, my classes will help you show up to all your daily activities feeling better and more capable both physically and mentally.

I am a military spouse and outside of the studio my husband and I love doing all things active and outdoors.
