I was introduced to hot yoga around 5 years ago by my father who had started his practice to lose weight. I found through hot asana a steady improvement in both my physical health and my mental well-being. After practicing sporadically through my college years I committed to a consistent practice, and decided to go through yoga teacher training. I found an immense sense of community through yoga with support from others surrounding me, the benefits of which I hope to share with those who join me in my classes. One of the lessons I’ve learned through my journey is that everyone’s yoga experience is different because everyone is reaching towards something different in their practice. Whether you want to improve your fitness, improve alignment in your poses, or if you just look forward to savasana at the end of class, I look forward to helping you achieve your yoga goals as well as continuing to expand on my own personal practice through teaching others.
