Hi Everyone! I’m Danelle and I’m so excited to join the Hot Asana community! My husband and our 3 dogs recently moved to the area from Florida. My journey to yoga started in 2014 while in Nursing school at my local yoga studio in South Dakota. Once Yoga sculpt was introduced to me, I was hooked and began teaching. Life took me to Florida in 2021, where I received my certification through CorePower. I love Yoga sculpt because of its challenge with the body and mind. It’s a dynamic class that blends the power of yoga with the intensity of strength training for a total-body workout that will leave you feeling toned, energized, and empowered while also providing modifications to those just starting.

When not in the studio, I’m working in Critical Care, at Crossfit or spending time with my dogs and friends. I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
