My yoga journey began in high school when I started attending classes taught by Virginia Gallagher in my hometown of Pinehurst, North Carolina. I probably spent half of my first hot yoga class in child’s pose… but I was hooked instantly. I started practicing multiple times per week and have never looked back.

In 2013, I competed my RYT 200 and have taught hot yoga in Chapel Hill ever since. I also became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2018. Currently, I am a graduate student at UNC Chapel Hill completing my Master’s Degree in Global Public Health. When I’m not on my mat or in school, you may find me training for a triathlon, drinking coffee somewhere, traveling, or spending time with my fiancé.

I believe that yoga should be fun and accessible to everyone. When you come to my class you can expect to sweat to a multi-level vinyasa-style class with creative sequences and upbeat music.
