I began practicing yoga to help round out my fitness regimen. What I didn’t realize was the profound impact yoga would have on my mental health. For the first time in a long time I felt stillness in my mind and body. Since then, I have accepted yoga as a tool to ground myself in the present moment. I decided to advance my yoga practice through the 200 hour Hot Asana University teacher training. My goal is to share my passion and discovery of yoga to anyone who would like to slow down their mind and feel the strength through their movement.
