I started my fitness journey at a young age and continued through college to build a core foundation of strength, stability, and motivation but something was missing. That hole was filled through hot yoga in 2012 in the form of Bikram after many previous failed attempts at connecting with yoga. We may hear something 100 times but if we are not ready to listen, there is no point. It wasn't until I took one of my first Hot Vinyasa classes that I knew this is what I was looking for all along. In 2018 I earned my 200hr RYT through Hot Asana University. My extensive knowledge of lifting throughout the years has made Tone and Flow one of my favorite classes. But it is the feeling you get when you leave the studio that sticks out for me and I want to share that little time of peace with everyone and anyone that is ready to listen. So join me for a class!
