RYT 200

Feeling completely out of my comfort zone I climbed the black metal steps outside The Sunrise Theater for my first yoga class in 2004. At the time I was training and competing 3Day Event horses full time. Along with the occupational aches and chronic back pain from years in the saddle, I was also being treated for Lyme disease. As I continued to make frequent trips up the those black metal steps to practice, my physical aches and pains were dramatically reduced. With even more visits to the black metal steps I came to the realization, yoga was making me calmer, focused and more balanced mentally, as well as physically stronger.

Knowing the benefits of a regular yoga practice in 2017 I was fortunate enough to attend Yoga Teacher Training here at Hot Asana with Virginia and Lisa. A decision that has allowed me the opportunity to explore a better way of life through yoga.

I encourage all, regardless of your yoga practice (or lack of) Please-do this for yourself.

-Climb those BLACK METAL STAIRS

- Leave YOUR COMFORT ZONE

Allow me to guide you through a practice of movement and breath to find yourself in a state of stillness.... NAMASTE….
