Yoga found me in 2018 when I needed it most, and it’s been at the heart of my life ever since. From front desk, to teacher, to massage therapist & teacher trainer, Hot Asana has been my home through many seasons of growth. I’ve also found deep connection outdoors; Hiking, like yoga, has taught me how to keep showing up, breathe through discomfort, and trust the process even when the path gets steep. But above all, I believe life is meant to be enjoyed & I love to make movement fun. My classes are infused with rhythm, joy, and a touch of play. I’m a big fan of music—all kinds of music—and I love weaving beat-based playlists into creatively sequenced flows that move with the music. Expect seamless transitions, unexpected moments, and a chance to drop into your body in a way that feels both empowered and free. Whether we’re flowing, laughing, or finding stillness, I believe in our power to heal and connect—and I’m so grateful to share this wild, beautiful ride with you.
