Sarika teaches for longevity, you will never be pushed too hard or too fast, but can expect to make shapes leaving you feeling inspired and in awe of your body!
Sarika has had the pleasure of teaching and co-leading yoga teacher trainings internationally and hopes to bring a diverse wealth of knowledge to North Conway.

Chloe is a 500hr RYT, Certified Hot Asana Assist, a Certified Massage Therapist, and Hot Asana Yoga University Lead Trainer
Yoga found me in 2018 when I needed it most, and it’s been at the heart of my life ever since. From front desk, to teacher, to massage therapist & teacher trainer, Hot Asana has been my home through many seasons of growth. I’ve also found deep connection outdoors; Hiking, like yoga, has taught me how to keep showing up, breathe through discomfort, and trust the process even when the path gets steep. But above all, I believe life is meant to be enjoyed & I love to make movement fun. My classes are infused with rhythm, joy, and a touch of play. I’m a big fan of music—all kinds of music—and I love weaving beat-based playlists into creatively sequenced flows that move with the music. Expect seamless transitions, unexpected moments, and a chance to drop into your body in a way that feels both empowered and free. Whether we’re flowing, laughing, or finding stillness, I believe in our power to heal and connect—and I’m so grateful to share this wild, beautiful ride with you.
