Become a Certified Reiki Practitioner!
Learn techniques to balance your own energetic body and how to offer this healing modality to others such as family, friends and even clients.
Reiki is approved by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine for pain relieving. Reiki is categorized as a biofield treatment. Reiki healing attempts to align and stimulate biomagnetic energy flowing through the body, and this helps promote healing and lessen stress. Everything is energy and it is an amazing tool to enhance wellbeing of self and others.
What can you do with Reiki Level 1?
Level 1 is a practitioner's initiation into reiki and is open to anyone. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands.
In this training, students will learn Self Reiki, thereby working through their own obstacles. As well as how to offer reiki treatments to others. Hours of study in this course will include theory and practice.
All course materials provided in the course cost including: your Level Certificate, a 21 page reiki manual (per level) for reference, 23 video links offering optional chakra guided meditations, chakra yoga classes, breathing and centering techniques and much more!
You will receive a Certificate of Completion as well as hours towards your 300 hour Hot Asana Yoga University program!

My passion is to help others heal through yoga, reiki, AcroYoga, Thai Yoga, meditation and educational wellness workshops and retreats. My own journey with yoga inspired me to deepen my practice and to then share my passion for this practice with others on their journey. As a teacher, I encourage students to turn inward during their practice to experience self inquiry, getting comfortable outside of their comfort zone, and to be an observer of their bodies and minds. My mission is to create a safe space for creative exploration. I aim to cater to the physical needs of the students while making sure to deliver a practice that intends to unify the mind, body, and soul in a safe and supportive environment. My intention is to inspire learning and growth in the practice and for students to leave feeling better than when they arrived.
