15 hours | Tone & Flow Teacher Training | North Conway, NH

Feb 7 & 8, 2026 in North Conway, NH

With Studio Owner, Chellsey Latham

Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm

Tone and Flow is a fast paced, motivating class using therabands or dumbbells to strengthen muscle groups, and using vinyasa flow/yoga poses to lengthen them out. Learn how to instruct this class in a balanced, safe, dynamic, and energizing way. Learn about the muscle groups, how they get "toned", and how to create a balance between strength and flexibility in the body. Evolve and deepen your understanding of teaching the science of yoga.

This 15 hour yoga teacher training module has been carefully constructed to expand your knowledge, skill set and confidence as both a teacher and a student.

The work that we do as yoga teachers is key in both the mental and physical wellness of our communities. Elevate your credentials to teach beyond the introductory information commonly delivered in a 200-hour teacher training. This is one of many modules set up by Hot Asana Yoga University to stand alone as continuing education or to allow you to build your 300-hour certification at your own pace. You have up to five years to complete all 270 contact hours for a 300-hour certification.

Hours can be used towards a 300 hour certificate through Hot Asana Yoga University or towards Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements.

Meet Chellsey Latham – Owner of Hot Asana Studio North Conway

Chellsey Latham’s journey into yoga began not in a studio, but in a physical therapy room—after a traumatic spinal injury nearly changed the course of her life. What started as a path to healing became a lifelong practice rooted in resilience, purpose, and transformation.

For the last 15 years, Chellsey has been on the mat as a dedicated practitioner, using yoga not only as a physical tool, but as a way to reconnect mind, body, and spirit. She is a 200-hour RYT through Hot Asana University and is currently deepening her training through their 300-hour program. In addition to her yoga work, Chellsey is a Clinical Nutrition Specialist with a focus on plant-based nutrition, offering a holistic approach to wellness that goes far beyond the mat.

Opening Hot Asana North Conway was a calling—an opportunity to bring stronger community, deeper education, and authentic connection to the Mount Washington Valley. Through sweat, soul, and shared experience, Chellsey is creating a space where people can grow, heal, and feel truly at home.

This is more than a studio. It’s a community. It’s a movement. It’s a return to what matters most.
