Yoga first came into my life at Hot Asana in 2014, when I was a junior in high school trying to figure out who I was and where I fit in. What kept me coming back wasn’t just the movement — it was the feeling of community, connection, and grounding. Time simply fell away when I stepped on my mat.
After moving back to The Pines in 2025, returning to Hot Asana felt like coming home. I finally decided to pursue my 200-hour YTT, and getting the opportunity to now teach in the same studio that shaped me feels incredibly full circle. I’m grateful to share a practice that has continued to support me through so many seasons of life and to help create the kind of space that has always made me feel seen, supported, and at home.
Outside the studio, I balance yoga with marathon training and weight lifting, so movement is almost always part of my day. When I do slow down, you’ll usually find me reading or knitting. I love practices that challenge me, keep me grounded, and bring good people together — and that’s exactly what yoga continues to do for me. I hope to see you on the mat.
