CYT 200

Renée is a mover who roots her movement practice (and a fair amount of her daily sanity) in a trauma-informed Forrest-style yoga, focused on deep-breathing-fueled, anatomically-appropriate, and emotion-unsticking rigorous movement to feel a bit more fiercely. She completed her 200 hr training with Wild Wisdom Yoga (formerly Strong Medicine Yoga) in 2015, and continues to find her groove in designing a yoga practice that encourages people to connect to their whole selves: in their body, in their life, in their mind. Here. Today. And make some sensibility of all the complicated relationships, histories, and complexities that come along with all of it. In each class, she invites each person to feel, to sweat, and move mindfully, leaving the heart more expansive, the body feeling more alive, and the breath more satiating.
