Kendra fell in love with yoga and the power of yoga over 12 years ago. Yoga creates a community and helps to create a path for a healthier lifestyle and a way to release stress that builds from everyday life. After practicing herself for many years, she took on the path of becoming a teacher to help others find their own strength, both physically and mentally. After years of teaching, Kendra has found her style of teaching to be power driven class with impactful music and breath cues to allow her students to tap into a deeper level of being. It is Kendra's goal for her students to forget and let go of the outside world while in class and to find a strong connection that keeps them coming back.
