RYT 200. I began practicing Yoga after back surgery and physical therapy began my road back to a healthy lifestyle. While I began to practice regularly in 2017, it wasn’t until I came to Hot Asana in 2019 that I embraced all aspects of Yoga and allowed it to shape all facets of my life. Retirement from the Air Force after 21 and a half of years of service brought about both physical and emotional challenges that my Yoga practice helped treat. The loss of my Air Force community was eased by the Sangha of Hot Asana which has allowed me to expand my circle of like minded Yogis. My mat has become my sanctuary and teaching has allowed me to share the joy of both movement and Sangha with my students. Having trained under Virginia and Brady Gallagher through Hot Asana University I have enjoyed the freedom to create classes that resonate with me personally and allow me to translate that joy to my students. I look forward to practicing with you and connecting through movement and breath.
