Colin Gregory
Colin has been practicing various yoga forms (Hatha, Iyengar, Restorative, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, etc) for over 30 years and found himself teaching on and off for the last 20+ years. In 2011 he suffered a life changing accident that left him broken, physically, emotionally, and energetically. He credits yoga for saving his life, regaining his mobility, and rising above the subjugation of personal injury and loss. His healing journey has inspired him to teach others how to take control of their lives and empower themselves to heal their own traumas through, physical movement, breath, energy work, and mindful meditation. He approaches his classes with a fun, lighthearted energy, to make them as accessible as possible to anyone who ventures into his class. He teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot, Hot/Power Fusion, Sculpt, Yin, Pranayama, Reiki 1 & 2, and Crystal Reiki and he practices Thai Yoga Massage.
