Brittany Faber, RYT-200, has been practicing yoga and mindfulness for more than ten years. She strives to inspire and cultivate togetherness with her students and community through playful flows, exhilarating playlists, and by offering safe and open spaces for conversation, creative expression, and connection. You can expect her classes to be strong and challenging, yet supportive and safe, with the encouragement to practice at your own pace. When Brittany is not doing yoga she loves spending her free time exploring coffee shops, reading poetry, and adventuring with her husband and their three pomeranians.
