I found yoga in high school while healing from a back injury, and quickly realized it was so much more than just a physical practice. Yoga has become a space for mental strength, growth, and a deeper connection to myself and the community.
I recently completed my 200-hour training through Hot Asana University, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for others to explore their practice. Whatever brings you to your mat - whether you're seeking strength, stillness, or simply a moment to breathe - my goal is to help you feel safe and inspired as you grow in your own practice.
