Change is the only constant in life and yoga ensures that you can flow and grow with it.

I began my yoga practice at age fourteen. At first, yoga was a way to feel safe in my body after facing challenges many young people experience. Asana connected me to my body again and brought peace of mind. Each practice got stronger and I began to understand the language as my own, an education I continue to love. Growing up around yoga and at Hot Asana is something I will forever cherish.

By eighteen, I had completed my 200 hour training at Hot Asana where I was supported by inspiring individuals who exemplify the power of yoga. I always knew I wanted to teach, ever since my first 75 minute hot vinyasa. My goal is to provide a practice for people to feel comfortable building trust in their body and their mind, to build a sanctuary within themselves even in the most difficult moments, on or off the mat.
