Studio Policies & FAQ
Studio Policies:
- We cannot guarantee late entry to class due to the disruption it causes for other students. This is especially important when classes are very full. If you are permitted to enter class late it will be no more than 5 minutes late. Please enter and place your mat down as quietly as possible. If you are not permitted entry to class, we can move you to a different same day class no penalty. Otherwise, late arrivals are consider late cancels and your class is forfeited. If the class you are signed up for is waitlisted and a waitlisted student is present and on standby to enter class and you are late, your spot will be offered to the waitlisted student who is on time.
- Our cancelation policy is as follows: Any class canceled at least 3 hours before start time of class is considered an early cancelation and you will receive your class back on your account to use later. Any cancelations less than 3 hours before start time of class is considered a late cancel and forfeits your class. No shows and late arrivals are considered late cancelations. However if you miss the early cancel window and want to switch to a later same day class, we can do this for you without penalty.
- Please take off your shoes before entering the studio rooms. We provide cubbies for your belongings that are monitored by desk staff and security cameras. Taking as little into the studio rooms as possible is ideal to reduce clutter and tripping hazards. Water, mat, and towel are typically the only things you will need in the room unless you have additional props you enjoy using for your practice. Coats, shoes, cellphones, bags, etc should be left in the cubbies.
- Please refrain from bringing your cellphone into the studio rooms unless it’s absolutely necessary. If it’s necessary, please make sure your phone is on silent and refrain from using it during class. Under no circumstances whatsoever is recording or photography during class allowed. If you would like to take a photo or video of yourself in the studio, you are welcome to take a few minutes after class ends to do so.
- You must be at least 16 years of age with a parent or guardian signature to practice in our heated rooms.
- All classes and packages are not refundable, not transferable to others, and single person use only. Unless otherwise stated, all packages and single classes expire 1 year after purchase.
- Boutique purchases are non-refundable. However if you need to exchange for a different size as long as the item purchased is in perfect condition with the tags on we can do that for you!
- There are designated marked spots inside of the studio rooms for placing your mat. The markers should be at the top middle of your mat. We kindly ask that you set up at a designated spot to ensure all students have a spot when they enter the room. Please refrain from setting your mat up all the way against the back wall as this blocks flow of traffic if students need to exit the room for any reason.
- Keep the studio doors closed as much as possible to preserve the heat in our rooms.
- All glass water bottles need to have some kind of cover on them to reduce shattering if knocked over in class.
- Please be kind! We have a no tolerance policy for aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior towards staff, teachers, and other students.
