I found yoga at a point in my life when I was doing everything that people wanted me to. Not only was I unsure about my school and career choice, I was also unhappy because I had neglected my body for so long. I am passionate about redefining happiness. Taking control of my life taught me that a strong mind and body are at the core of being happy. Voluntary struggle is a key component to mastering your mind and being in control of your thoughts and feelings. Heated yoga provides the perfect setting to learn how to deal with discomfort in a controlled environment. I am learning every day how important it is to stay on the path I choose and not be influenced by others. My yoga practice reminds of this daily and keeps me grounded. My classes will make you appreciate both stillness and movement, serenity and chaos.
