Hot Vinyasa Flow (60, 75 or 90 min)
Our yoga room is heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.
Warm Vinyasa Flow (75 min)
Our yoga room is warmed to stay below body temperature but be warm enough to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.
Beginner Foundation Class
A 60 minute introduction to yoga. * Mildly Heated * Class will introduce you the practice of yoga and to the proper alignment of poses.
This class is designed to slow you down, and allow you to let go. This class will bring you to a place of peacefulness where you are able to turn inward and rest. You will move, but slowly, with intention, and with ease. Nothing will be forced. This practice is something our bodies crave, both physically and mentally. The room will be warm, all levels are welcome.
Tone and Flow
Fun class using thera-bands to tone muscle groups followed by yoga flow to stretch the muscles. A great combination to tone and lean the body.
Mindfulness and Movement
"Movement and Mindfulness" is a new workshop that will be held for 8-13 year olds. Each session will include an art component, yoga, partner and group work, journaling, and mind body and breathe integration (meditation). All students are welcome. This course will be taught by Amanda Tozier, a local elementary school teacher with a background in dance, as well as studies in yoga and mindfulness.
Yin Yoga (75 min)
Yin Yoga consists of long held postures to bring a deep release of the connective tissue, increasing flexibility and range of motion. These poses get deeper into the joints, not the muscles. The room is warm, and the music is relaxing.
