Vinyasa Flow

The instructor will deliver a dynamic vinyasa flow style class that welcomes all levels.

Holds Yoga

This stationary class does not incorporate vinyasas and is recommended for everyone, all levels, from first day beginners to advanced students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, and our trained instructors will help you find yours. This is not a flow style class.

Yin Yoga

This class uses Yin Yoga's gentle long held postures to bring a feeling of lightness in the body, a deep release of the connective tissue and increased flexibility and range of motion.
