Yin Yoga

This class uses Yin Yoga's gentle long held postures to bring a feeling of lightness in the body, a deep release of the connective tissue and increasing flexibility and range of motion. 60 min

Gentle Yoga (60min)

Gentle yoga is an unheated multi-level yoga class, suitable for everyone. Whether you are an athlete or completely new to yoga, this practice is accessible for all. This class will help strengthen your body, quiet the mind, relax the soul, and bring mindfulness into each movement on and off the mat.

Hot Vinyasa Flow (60, 75 or 90 min)

Our yoga room is heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.

Warm Holds (60 min)

An entry level class done in a "below body temperature" warm room. Our yoga room is slightly heated allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. This beginner stationary class is recommended for beginners to the Hot Yoga sequence. Time will be taken to break down the postures and build them from the foundation up. This is not a vinyasa style class. * all levels. 60 minutes.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga focuses on relaxing the body and the mind while providing an opportunity to renew and heal. In this practice, you can leave the distractions and stresses of daily life and devote much needed time to restoring your own sense of well-being. Students are situated in simple, comfortable poses on the floor supported with blankets, straps or blocks. Students stay in poses for longer periods of time, allowing gravity to create releases and openings in the body. 120 minutes * Non Heated.

TRX Circuit (45min)

TRX Circuit Training is a strength training, fun and challenging experience with an amplified level of TRX. This class is for those that would like to tone, define & redefine every muscle in the body, focusing on alignment awareness and balancing techniques, encouraging cardiovascular movements for endurance, simultaneously conditioning the power house through the most intelligent functional core strengthening workout. Make your body the most efficient machine you'll ever own!

Warm Vinyasa Flow (60 or 75 min)

Our yoga room is warmed to stay below body temperature but be warm enough to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.
