Hot Flow (60, 75 and 90 min)

Our yoga room is heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.

Foam Roll & Flow

This is a relaxing & energizing class combining stretching and core strengthening using the foam rollers with a gentle vinyasa flow. The foam rollers allow for myofascial release in turn creating more mobility for the body. Room temperature setting and designed to suit all levels!

Hot Yoga (60, 75 or 90 min)

Our yoga room is heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. This stationary class does not incorporate vinyasas and is recommended for everyone, all levels, from first day beginners to advanced students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, and our trained instructors will help you find yours. This is not a flow style class.

*All Levels* Arm Balances & Inversion Flow

A 90 minute Power Vinyasa class in a room heated to above body temperature * modern music. Learn how to safely and effectively move into inversions and arm balances by tapping into your core strength, learning the fundamentals of inversion anatomy, and work in the spirit of playfulness.

Warm Flow (60 or 75 min)

Our yoga room is warmed to stay below body temperature but be warm enough to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.

Warm Yin Yoga (75 min)

This class uses Yin Yoga's gentle long held postures to bring a feeling of lightness in the body, a deep release of the connective tissue and increased flexibility and range of motion. 75 min * Warm room but below body temperature.

All Levels Flow (60 or 75 min)

This class is designed to suit all levels, beginners and advanced. A dynamic and inspiring vinyasa flow in a room temperature setting. * No Heat Added

Yin Yoga

This class uses Yin Yoga's gentle long held postures to bring a feeling of lightness in the body, a deep release of the connective tissue and increasing flexibility and range of motion. 60 min * Takes place in our unheated studio (Cool Asana).

Yoga Nidra

Explore another limb of the yogic tradition through a guided meditative process. Focused on training the mind through active relaxation, Nidra is practiced entirely in shavasana. 60 min * Takes place in our unheated studio (Cool Asana).

Candlelight Hot Flow (90 min)

Our yoga room is candlelit for this class and is heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.

Beginners Flow

This vinyasa style flow class is designed to create a comfortable experience for those new to yoga. A knowledgable and compassionate instructor will guide through 60 minutes in our unheated studio, Cool Asana.

Beginners Foundation Class

This vinyasa style flow class is designed to create a comfortable experience for those new to yoga. A knowledgable and compassionate instructor will guide through 60 minute s of introduction to yoga. * Mildly Heated * Classes take place at Hot Asana Yoga Studio

Aerial Silks

Take your practice to another level by exploring gravity.

Get a sense of flying with this beautiful combination of yoga, dance and strength. The class will allow you to strengthen and tone your muscles in the air, increasing your flexibility, strengthening your core and engaging your full body. By supporting and manipulating your own body on our Aerial Silk fabrics, you will find this is a unique form of fitness! Burn calories, gain flexibility, build muscle, and develop increased stamina in a creative and supportive environment. Class is open to all levels…beginner friendly yet offers opportunities to challenge the seasoned aerialist.

Minimum age for this class is 8 years. Students under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or friend and share the same rig. If the student has completed 10 classes with their parent, they may get special permission from the teacher to attend alone on their own rig. *Unheated

Mindfulness Meditation

This 60 minute group setting Mindfulness Meditation Class is taught at Cool Asana and will begin with a period of instruction and then move into a period of sitting, followed by discussion.

Current science supports the benefit of mindfulness for a variety of physical and mental health conditions, and for the general challenges of life in the 21st century. Research shows mindfulness can impact life positively in the following ways:
