Melissa first started as a student of yoga after an injury kept her sidelined from running in 2002. Yoga helped her recover from her injury and she has been hooked ever since. In early 2007, Melissa upped her knowledge of yoga and immersed herself in yoga training. Melissa teaches the Tone & Flow class and loves to see her students develop, grow and get stronger. Be ready for a fun, energetic, and full body workout! Outside of yoga Melissa enjoys hiking, running, biking and traveling with her husband.
