Melissa Vitas

Melissa started practicing yoga as a way to stay in shape. She never enjoyed going to the gym, but once she got on her mat she fell in love and soon realized yoga was much more than a physical workout. Melissa Completed her 200hr PYTT in the April of 2015 and her Extensions Course in the summer of 2015. Melissa is excited to share her passion for yoga with everyone she meets and hopes her students leave her class feeling awakened and renewed.
