Ashley was introduced to yoga as a restorative complement to track and cross-country running, both, during and after college. After a few months of practicing yoga she was hooked and never looked back!

She aspires to help people with their own discovery of the strengths and softness that yoga has to offer both on and off the mat. She currently holds a 200-hour yoga alliance certification and has completed over 50 hours of Ongoing Yoga Workshop Intensives.
