Hot Flow (60, 75 or 90 min)

Our yoga room is heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.

Warm Flow (60 or 75 min)

Our yoga room is warmed to stay below body temperature but be warm enough to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.

Hot Yoga (60, 75 or 90 min)

Our yoga room is heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. This stationary class does not incorporate vinyasas and is recommended for everyone, all levels, from first day beginners to advanced students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, and our trained instructors will help you find yours. This is not a flow style class.

Aerial Yoga

Take your practice to another level by exploring gravity. This class will allow you to strengthen and tone your muscles in the air, increasing your flexibility, strengthening your core and engaging your full body. By supporting and manipulating your own body on our Aerial Silk fabrics, you will find this is a unique form of fitness! Burn calories, gain flexibility, build muscle, and develop increased stamina in a creative and supportive environment. Class is open to all levels.

Minimum age for this class is 8 years, students under 13 must be accompanied by a parent and share the same rig with their parent. If the student has completed 10 classes with their parent, they may get special permission from the teacher to attend alone on their own rig.

*All Levels* Arm Balances & Inversion Flow

A 90 minute Power Vinyasa class in a room heated to above body temperature * modern music. Learn how to safely and effectively move into inversions and arm balances by tapping into your core strength, learning the fundamentals of inversion anatomy, and work in the spirit of playfulness.

Warm Yin Yoga (75 min)

This class uses Yin Yoga's gentle long held postures to bring a feeling of lightness in the body, a deep release of the connective tissue and increased flexibility and range of motion. 75 min * Warm room but below body temperature.
