Slow Flow to Yoga Nidra with Danielle

A multi-level slow flow yoga class, suitable for everyone. Whether you practice frequently, or are new to yoga, this practice is accessible for all. Students will move slowly to increase awareness in poses and soothe the body. This class will help increase physical strength, quiet the mind, relax the soul, and bring mindfulness into each movement on and off the mat.
The class will finish with Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique that everyone from children to seniors can do. It is one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in shavasana (lying on your back on the floor), this systematic meditation leaving you with a sense of wholeness and peace. *All levels welcome * Regular Class Price
Flow to Yin with Lauren M

This 2 hour class begins with one hour of dynamic vinyasa flow and then finishes with one hour of blissful yin yoga for AMAZING results!
Yin yoga is a slow-paced meditative style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time ranging from 2-5 minutes. Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into the connective tissue by applying moderate stress to the tendons, fascia, and ligaments. Flow yoga is considered Yang yoga and focuses more on Sun Salutations and dynamic strengthening poses or sequences to work on the yang tissues-the muscles, blood, and skin. When combined you will leave feeling truly balanced with an energizing and uplifting first half of class (Yang) followed by a quiet and deeply introspective second half of class (Yin). Run & Release with Leslie & Jesse

Run and Release is a 90-minute class that will start with an invigorating warmup, refreshing run, jog, or walk along the Riverwalk Trail led by Leslie Barksdale. It will finish up at Hot Asana Studio with a rejuvenating Yin Yoga practice to release those tight muscles led by Jesse Watkins. This class is perfect for runners, athletes, and yogi’s alike who want to enhance their body, mind, and breath connection. Restorative Yoga focuses on relaxing the body and the mind while providing an opportunity to renew and heal. In this practice, you can leave the distractions and stresses of daily life and devote much needed time to restoring your own sense of well-being. Students are situated in simple, comfortable poses on the floor supported with blankets, straps or blocks. A deep and challenging alternative to the myriad of Vinyasa and flowing yoga classes. A practice that is utterly potent without focusing on strength, endurance or even building much heat. Experience the benefits of holding poses a little longer, giving massive areas such as hamstrings, hips, and shoulders more time to release and go deeper into poses. This is truly an amazing routine yet we rarely leave the floor. This class is suited for students of all levels. Warm Class.
Aerial Yoga with Carrie & Cyndi

Want to take flight in your yoga practice without the fear of falling? This workshop has been designed by and will be taught by not one but two certified Aerial yoga teachers! Come learn the basics of using aerial silks to find a sense of lightness in your practice.
