Gentle Yoga (60min)

Gentle yoga is an unheated multi-level yoga class, suitable for everyone. Whether you are an athlete or completely new to yoga, this practice is accessible for all. This class will help strengthen your body, quiet the mind, relax the soul, and bring mindfulness into each movement on and off the mat.

Hot Flow (60, 75 or 90 min)

Our yoga room is heated to above body temperature to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The instructor will deliver a dynamic flow style class that welcomes all levels.

Indo Yoga Board Class

Join Casey for 90 minutes of introduction to Indo Yoga Board practice. Just regular class price plus the $5 Indo Board Rental. The Indo Yoga Board is the newest product from Indo Board Balance Trainer. This Indo Board design evolved from the use of Stand Up Paddle Boards on flat water for practicing yoga. Recognizing the popularity of this "unstable" yoga practice and the inherent problems SUP yoga faces from weather and availability issues. FUN and Challenging for all levels of yoga proficiency! Level 1 Warm Yoga (60 min)

An entry level class done in a "below body temperature" warm room. Our yoga room is slightly heated allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. This beginner stationary class is recommended for beginners to the Hot Yoga sequence. Time will be taken to break down the postures and build them from the foundation up. This is not a vinyasa style class. * all levels. 60 minutes.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga focuses on relaxing the body and the mind while providing an opportunity to renew and heal. In this practice, you can leave the distractions and stresses of daily life and devote much needed time to restoring your own sense of well-being. Students are situated in simple, comfortable poses on the floor supported with blankets, straps or blocks. Students stay in poses for longer periods of time, allowing gravity to create releases and openings in the body. 120 minutes * Non Heated.

Run and Flow

Calling all runners and walkers! This is a class you do not want to miss. We will meet at Hot Asana and set off on a 30 minute fun run/walk on the beautiful Riverwalk. We will return to the studio and balance out the run with a 60 minute unheated flow to leave your body feeling stabilized and refreshed. Not interested in the group run/walk? Join us at the studio for class at 9:15! We will focus on releasing hips, hamstrings and IT bands where runners commonly store tension. The strength and flexibility that you gain on the mat will allow you to run more efficiently and lower your risk of running related injury. You will leave class with a number of poses that you can incorporate into your regular stretching routine. This is a regular price, multi-level class.

TRX Circuit (45min)

TRX Circuit Training is a strength training, fun and challenging experience with an amplified level of TRX and Weights This class is for those that would like to tone, define & redefine every muscle in the body, focusing on alignment awareness and balancing techniques, encouraging cardiovascular movements for endurance, simultaneously conditioning the power house through the most intelligent functional core strengthening workout. Make your body the most efficient machine you'll ever own!

TRX Yoga Fusion

Utilizing YOGA, weights, TRX suspension training and other plyometric exercises to deliver a total body workout. 45 minutes of POWER!!!

Warm Flow (60 or 75 min)
